Get started with AdRecon

This guide will walk you through signing in, exploring the ad feed, saving ads, and creating your first project.

Sign in to AdRecon

AdRecon uses secure authentication via Magic LinkAfter successful authentication, you’ll be redirected to the main dashboard at /app.

Explore the ad feed

The dashboard displays a live feed of active ad creatives from ClickBank, Digistore24, BuyGoods, and MaxWeb.View options:
  • All Ads - Browse the full database of 100k+ tracked creatives
  • Saved Ads - View ads you’ve bookmarked
  • Project - Filter by a specific project folder
Display modes:
  • Table view - Compact rows with key metrics
  • Grid view - Visual gallery of creative images
Click any ad card to open the Ad Modal with full details including:
  • Creative image and ad copy
  • Offer name and advertiser
  • Landing page URL
  • Performance metrics (days running, first/last seen)
  • Network and niche classification

Save your first ad

Found a winning creative? Save it for later reference.Quick save from feed:
  1. Click the bookmark icon on any ad card
  2. The ad is instantly added to your Saved Ads collection
Save from Ad Modal:
  1. Click an ad to open the detail modal
  2. Click Save Ad in the modal header
  3. Optionally assign the ad to one or more projects
  4. Click Save to confirm
Use the undo link (appears for 5 seconds after saving) to quickly reverse the action if saved by mistake.
View all your saved ads by selecting Saved Ads from the feed scope dropdown.

Create a project

Organize your saved ads into project folders for different campaigns, clients, or niches.
  1. Click Projects in the top navigation
  2. Click Create Project
  3. Enter a project name (e.g., “Health Supplements Q1”)
  4. Click Create
Add ads to a project:
  • From the Save Ad Modal, check the project boxes when saving
  • From the Saved Ads feed, click Edit Projects on any ad card
  • Ads can belong to multiple projects simultaneously
Project names are case-insensitive and must be unique across your account.

Capture a landing page

Use the Page Ripper to download a self-contained copy of any ad’s landing page.
  1. Open an ad in the Ad Modal
  2. Click Rip Landing Page in the Capture panel
  3. Wait for the headless browser to capture the page (10-60 seconds)
  4. Download the ZIP file when capture completes
The ZIP archive includes:
  • page.html - Self-contained SingleFile HTML
  • assets/ - All images, CSS, JS, fonts, and media
Page Ripper cannot capture Meta platform URLs (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) due to platform restrictions. Rate limit: 10 captures per 15 minutes.

Common workflows

Research competitive creatives

  1. Filter by Niche (e.g., Health) and Network (e.g., ClickBank)
  2. Sort by Days Running to find proven winners
  3. Open the Ad Modal to analyze ad copy and landing pages
  4. Save interesting creatives to a research project

Build a swipe file

  1. Create projects for different verticals or clients
  2. Browse the feed and save strong creatives
  3. Assign saved ads to relevant projects
  4. Capture landing pages for offline reference

Monitor competitor activity

  1. Use the Search filter to find ads by offer name or advertiser
  2. Check Last Seen dates to track active campaigns
  3. Save competitor ads to a monitoring project
  4. Set up regular check-ins to spot new creatives
