Overview

Saved Ads lets you bookmark high-value ads from the feed for later analysis. Every saved ad is stored in your personal collection and can be organized into projects.

Saving Ads

There are two ways to save an ad:
1

Quick Save from Feed

Click the bookmark icon in the ad row (table view) or card corner (grid view). The icon fills to indicate saved status.
2

Save from Ad Modal

Open any ad’s detail modal and click Save Ad or Manage Save to add it to your collection and assign projects.
Saved ads sync instantly across devices. Your collection is stored securely in the database and tied to your account.

Viewing Saved Ads

Access your saved collection:
  1. Click the Saved tab at the top of the dashboard
  2. The feed switches to show only your bookmarked ads
  3. All filters and sorting options remain available
  4. The count updates to reflect your saved collection size

Saved Feed Features

  • Same interface — Table/grid view works identically to All Ads
  • Independent filters — Saved scope maintains separate filter state
  • Project assignment — Organize saved ads into folders
  • Bulk actions — Quickly manage multiple saved items

Managing Saved Ads

Unsaving Ads

Remove ads from your collection:
1

From Feed

Click the filled bookmark icon to toggle off
2

From Ad Modal

Open the ad and click Manage Save, then deselect all projects and close
3

From Projects View

Use the trash icon to remove from specific projects or entire collection
Unsaving an ad removes it from ALL projects. If you only want to remove it from one project, use the project-specific remove action instead.

Viewing Save Status

Saved ads show visual indicators:
  • Filled bookmark icon — Ad is in your collection
  • Project count badge — Number of projects containing this ad (shown in modal)
  • “Saved” label — Appears in ad modal landing page section

Project Assignment

Every saved ad can belong to one or more projects:

Assigning Projects

  1. Click Save Ad or Manage Save in the ad modal
  2. A project selection modal appears
  3. Check the boxes for projects to include this ad
  4. Click Save to confirm

Viewing Project Membership

When viewing a saved ad:
  • The modal shows “Saved · X projects” in the landing page card
  • The number updates as you add/remove project associations
  • Projects are listed in the save modal with checkboxes
An ad must be saved before you can assign it to projects. Unsaving removes all project associations.

Saved Collection Workflow

Typical workflow for ad research:
1

Browse & Bookmark

Scan the All Ads feed and quick-save interesting creatives
2

Review Collection

Switch to Saved tab to review your bookmarks
3

Organize into Projects

Open ads and assign them to relevant project folders
4

Filter by Project

Use Projects tab to view ads grouped by campaign or niche

Undo Actions

AdRecon provides a 5-second undo window for save/unsave actions:
  • A toast notification appears with an Undo button
  • Click to reverse the action before it commits
  • After 5 seconds, the change persists to the database
Pending actions show a spinner on the bookmark icon. You can queue multiple actions — they’ll process sequentially.

Limits & Quotas

Currently, there are no hard limits on:
  • Number of saved ads per account
  • Number of projects an ad can belong to
  • Saved collection size
