Overview

The Ad Feed is the core interface for browsing AdRecon’s ad intelligence database. It displays ads in a rich, sortable table or grid view with real-time filtering and performance indicators.

Viewing Scopes

The feed operates in three distinct scopes:

All Ads

Browse the complete ad intelligence database with all available ads across networks and niches

Saved Ads

View only the ads you’ve bookmarked for later reference or deeper analysis

Project View

Filter ads by specific project folders to organize campaign research

Switching Between Scopes

  1. Use the tabs at the top of the dashboard:
    • All — Browse the full database
    • Saved — View your saved collection
    • Projects — Select a project from the sidebar
  2. Each scope maintains its own filtering and sorting state
  3. The ad count updates automatically based on active filters

Display Modes

AdRecon offers two viewing modes to match your workflow:

Table View (Default)

The table view provides a compact, scannable layout optimized for quick analysis:
  • Creative thumbnail — 70px preview with video indicator
  • Offer details — Name, advertiser, and ad copy preview
  • Performance metrics — Niche, network, days running, status
  • Quick actions — Save/unsave ads with one click
  • Multi-creative expansion — Click the chevron to expand carousel/gallery ads
Ads with multiple creatives show a chevron icon and creative count. Click to expand inline sub-creative rows without opening the modal.

Grid View

The grid view displays ads as large cards, ideal for visual browsing:
  • Large creative preview — Prominent image display
  • Hover animations — Scale and opacity effects
  • Overlay badges — Niche, status, and days running
  • Responsive layout — 1-4 columns based on screen width

Sorting Options

Click column headers in table view to sort:
1

Days Running

Default sort — shows longest-running ads first (proven performers)
2

Network

Group ads by affiliate network (ClickBank, Digistore24, etc.)
3

Niche

Group by vertical (Health, Wealth, BizOpp, Relationship, Survival)
4

Status

Active ads first, then inactive
5

Last Updated

Most recently refreshed ads appear first
Sort direction toggles between ascending and descending. The active sort column shows an arrow indicator.

Performance Indicators

Every ad displays real-time performance signals:

Days Running

Shows how long the ad has been active. Longer runtime indicates profitability:
  • 0-14 days — New (testing phase)
  • 7-29 days — Promising (early traction)
  • 30-59 days — Profitable (validated offer)
  • 60+ days — Proven (strong long-term performer)

Status Badge

  • Active — Currently running (green badge)
  • Inactive — No longer live (gray badge)

Niche & Network Tags

Color-coded badges for quick visual categorization:
  • Health — Red
  • Wealth — Green
  • BizOpp — Orange
  • Relationship — Pink
  • Survival — Orange-red

Multi-Creative Ads

Ads with carousels, galleries, or video variants show:
  1. Creative count badge — Number next to chevron icon
  2. Expandable sub-rows — Click to reveal all variations inline
  3. Type indicators — Image vs. video badges
  4. Dimension labels — Auto-detected resolution for images
Sub-creatives load on-demand when you expand. Large carousel ads may take a moment to fetch all variations.

Loading States

The feed provides visual feedback during data operations:
  • Terminal animation — Matrix-style decode effect on first load
  • Skeleton rows — Placeholder cards while fetching
  • Refresh spinner — Animated indicator when applying filters
  • Empty state — Search icon with helpful message when no results

Mobile Optimizations

On mobile devices:
  • Compact card layout replaces table view
  • Status dots instead of full badges
  • Touch-optimized action buttons
  • Simplified sub-creative expansion
  • Bottom sheet filters
